Job Title: Chef de partie

Job Duration: Temporary / Ongoing basis

Job Started: As soon as possible

Shift Days / Timings: Full Time, 5 – 6 Days a week (40 – 48 hours pw). 11am to 10pm

Salary: From £10.00 to £12.00 per hour

Responsible to help the Head chef in preparing and delivering the high-quality English foods, providing a high standard of fresh food and oversee the checking of all deliveries. Also, be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibility for the shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help in cooking the lunch and dinner service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable experience
  • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after each shift and ensure cleanliness of areas at all times
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and regulations
  • Have a good knowledge on health & safety, hygiene, equal opportunities, HACCP and any other legislation
  • Able to handle pressure calmly and professionally
