A boutique property developer is looking for an experienced marketing manager with a residential development background.
Working as part of a growing sales and marketing team, the marketing manager will look after a portfolio of developments and carry out the following duties:
– working with the Head of Marketing to put together annual marketing plans and events calendars for each development
– brand development
– delivering marketing campaigns (both offline and online)
– creating marketing collateral such as brochures, hoarding and other promotional items
– developing the sales and marketing suites
-managing external creative agencies
-managing marketing budgets
– organising pre-sales launch events
– briefing sales teams
– reporting on marketing ROI
Candidates must come from a residential development background and have experience in both strategy and delivery.
