100% of candidates undergo strict pre-employment verification: Right-to-Work in the UK authentication, 5-year reference checks, identity documentation, and job-specific certifications (e.g. CSCS cards for construction, Food Hygiene for catering, Enhanced DBS where applicable).
Who handles candidate payroll, taxes, and insurance?
Temping Agency handles everything. We manage PAYE payroll, National Insurance, statutory pension contributions, holiday pay, and maintain £10m Employers' & Public Liability insurance cover. You receive one consolidated weekly invoice.
