Gap Plastics Knowsley has an opportunity to increase its administration team.

Working in the production office we are looking for a customer service focused individual who can take on the responsibility for customers orders and general enquiries coming into the manufacturing site.

Main responsibilities:
• Handling all incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Customer service.
• Process Orders received over the in-house portal.
• Take ownership of all customer enquiries.
• Build up good customer relations wherever possible.
• Ensuring you work to towards achieving company KPI’s.
• Working to internal deadlines and cut-offs.
• Ensuring that customers are kept informed of the progress of their order or issues.
• Communicating with customers and colleagues via e-mail and telephone.
• Keeping up to date records of customer issues and resolutions.

Pay: £13.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
