Customer Service Assistant - Weekly Pay

Location: On-site, Watford, UK (Only applicants with full legal rights to work in the UK will be considered)

Compensation: Negotiable/OTE

Entry-level position with full training provided.

Customer Service assistants have a very exciting role to play in our client’s team, building rapport with customers, providing them with an enjoyable sales experience, and sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our client’s products.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Deliver an individualized world-class service experience for every customer

Maximise sales opportunities using world-class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions

Demonstrate positive personal behaviors and a can-do attitude

Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards

What do you need, to be a Customer Assistant:

Passion for working in a team

Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced environment

Good communication skills

Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Technical Skills/Experience:

Good level of digital capability and use of digital tools and applications

Understand customer needs and spot selling opportunities

Adapting to change

Good Knowledge of VM principles
