Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

As a Porter in London EC3, your day will be varied, active, and essential. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure the safety, security, and presentation of the property.

• Reception & Security Support: Acting as a first point of contact for visitors, providing directions, signing in guests, and monitoring access points to maintain building security protocols.
• Mail, Parcel & Logistics Handling: Efficiently receiving, sorting, and distributing all incoming mail and courier deliveries. Managing outgoing post and coordinating with couriers like DHL, Royal Mail, and specialised carriers.
